挖地整土、埋下種子、除草抓蟲，看著蔬果的發芽、成長、開花、結果、採收，等等都可讓都市的學生們有不一樣或不曾有過的體驗。
校園設置綠廊不僅可提供教師、學生、家長等等，在此觀察作物更可以做為休憩的好地方。
我們透過與大地泥土的接觸，讓學生跟大自然學習，認識及愛護植物，體驗大自然的樂趣，這就是田園教育的美。
